The FMHAC conference is a great place to promote your organization or recruit quality employees.

Each year hundreds of psychologists, psychiatrists, LCSWs, MFTs, nurses, attorneys, police officers, custody staff, students and administrators gather at our three day conference to acquire new information on forensic mental health, learn about successful programs around California and to network. You’ll be in contact with both the decision makers and the line staff of a wide variety of California organizations including the CDCR, hospitals, jails, prisons, CONREP organizations, and community agencies.

Exhibitor Application

FMHAC welcomes you to be an exhibitor at our conference. We host 10-15 exhibitors and encourage a variety of organizations. Exhibitors often include pharmaceutical companies, non-profit organizations and governmental agencies offering employment opportunities, publishers and other companies with interests in forensic mental health.

Exhibit tables are located just outside the meeting rooms in the spacious Hyatt Regency Resort & Spa, Monterey, which provides a central location for exhibits, surrounded by meeting rooms. Additionally, FMHAC takes care to position breaks near the exhibit area for maximum contact and accessibility.


  • $700 For-Profit: Selling a product or promoting a for-profit organization.
  • $300 Non-Profit/Government: Non-profits and government agencies advertising employoment opportunities, allows a representative at the table.
  • $100 Materials Distribution: A presence at the conference, whether for retail sales or employment opportunities, but does not allow for a representative and will share a table with materials from other organizations.

Conference Exhibiting Information

  • Planning: Take a look at the Conference Schedule to plan your three days.
  • Set Up: Please check in when you arrive to receive your nametags. You may set up your exhibit at any time after 10:00 am on the first day. Your exhibit will be set up with10-15 others in the wide hallway immediately outside our workshop rooms. Exhibit tables are assigned to ensure an even distribution. You will be provided with a 2’ x 5’ table and tablecloth. The hotel will cover your table at night so you may leave your exhibit supplies on or under the table for safe-keeping.
  • Conference Attendance: Unless you have a current Platinum or Gold Corporate Membership, tuition to attend the conference is NOT included in the exhibit fee.
  • Lodging: Please reserve your hotel rooms online using the link on our upcoming conference page.
  • Shipments: Send shipments to the conference site c/o Molly Willenbring, FMHAC, arriving no earlier than 3 days prior to the start of the event.
